Hi all, my name is Terry Seifert and this is my blog about musical instruments. I’ve been making music since I was a kid, and I play instruments such as: guitar piano and violin. For a long time I played in a local band, now I am a teacher in a music school for children and adults.
In my articles I share information about different instruments and techniques for music. I try to keep my blog so that it would be interesting and useful for both beginners and professionals.
Musical instruments are products by which different kinds of musical sounds are extracted, which are later combined into a melodic sound.
The choice of musical instruments is diverse, so they are divided into groups depending on:
- raw materials of production,
- the characteristics of sound production,
- the nature of sound,
- air vibrations.
